Ugh, Sending

Terms of Use

Last updated 26 August 2026

Ugh, Sending is licensed under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which governs your use of the app. The notes below describe how it works in practice.

What the app does, and doesn't

The send check is an aid, not a guarantee. It matches patterns; it does not understand your relationships, your job, or your sense of humour. It will miss things, and occasionally it will speak up about a message that was perfectly fine. Decisions about what you send are yours alone, and nothing the app says or fails to say transfers that responsibility.

The same applies to spelling, grammar and house style: they are suggestions, and correctness in your context is your call.

Subscriptions

Ugh, Sending Pro is an auto-renewing subscription offered monthly or yearly. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period. Manage or cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us.

Your own keys and servers

If you use your own API key or your own model, your agreement with that provider governs that traffic, and any costs are yours.

Acceptable use

Don't use the app to break the law, and don't try to interfere with the service or the people using it.

Changes

If these terms change materially, the updated version will appear here with a new date.
