Common questions
How do I turn the keyboard on?
Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Add New Keyboard, then choose Ugh, Sending. In any text field, press and hold the globe key and pick it.
Does it need Full Access?
No, and typing never does. Spelling, the typing fixes, house style and the send check all run on your device without it. Full Access is only needed for the tiers that reach the network — AI review — and for haptics and the key click, which iOS routes through it.
It warned me about a message that was perfectly fine.
Tap the ✕ on the warning and it goes away for that message. If it keeps happening, tell us the exact sentence — the wording is the whole signal, and a false alarm is a bug worth fixing. You can also narrow or switch the check off entirely in Settings → Before you send.
It didn't stop me sending something.
In most chat apps the send button belongs to the app, and no keyboard can intervene there — you'll see the note but nothing is held back. Where the return key is the send key, a risky message takes two presses instead of one.
Where does my typing go?
Open Settings → What leaves your device in the app. It answers that for your actual settings rather than in general, and it changes when you change an engine.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or manage subscriptions here. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the current period ends.
