Cheap Eats Gold stores your recipes, pantry items, meal plans, shopping lists, and app settings on your device unless you choose a feature that needs outside processing.

Photos and recipe imports

If you use pantry scans or recipe cleanup, selected photos or recipe text are processed only to identify ingredients, recipe steps, and shopping-list items. Do not scan anything you do not want processed for that purpose.

Purchases

If Gold is offered as a purchase or subscription, payment is handled by Apple. We receive purchase status needed to unlock features, not your card details.
